摘要 用放射性同位素标记反义核酸,可方便地对反义核酸的体内行为进行研究,或者进行反义显像和反义治疗。目前已有多种不同性质的放射性同位素被用于反义核酸标记,标记方法也不断得到完善。本文对常用于反义核酸标记的放射性同位素的特点及其标记方法进行综述,介绍其在反义治疗药物和反义显像研究中的应用情况,并评述了反义核酸同位素标记存在的问题和发展趋势。 The radioisotope tracer technique of antisense When antisense oligonucleotide is labeled with radioisotope, oligonncleotide has been studied extensively in recent years. it is easy to trace its disposition in vivo. Many radioisotopes with different properties are used to label antisense oligonueleotides, and the labeling methods are also being perfected. In this paper, the characteristics and the labeling methods of radioisotopes that are currently used to label antisense oligonucle- otides are reviewed, the applications of radioisotopes in the areas of antisense therapy and imaging are presented, and the is- sues and trend of development of antisense oligonucleotides labeling are discussed.
