摘要
目的SME-1细胞系来源于南方大口鲶(SilurusmeridionalisChen)的晚期胚胎,通过对其细胞周期的分析,可为该细胞系提供细胞动力学特征,同时也可为胚胎发育提供理论基础。方法应用流式细胞光度术分析SME-1细胞系的细胞周期分布特点。结果在不同代龄的细胞群体中,70.1%~85.6%的细胞滞留于G1相,12.2%~25.3%的细胞进行活跃的DNA复制(S相),处于M相的细胞有1.6%~4.6%,而且细胞随着传代代龄的增加,G2/M相细胞的比例加大。
bjective\ To provide cell kinetics characteristics of the SME1 cell,which derived from the latedeveloped embryo of southern catfish(Silurus meridionalis Chen),and give some theoritic advice on embryonic development of the southem catfish as well.\ Methods\ To analysis cell cycle by means of flow cytometry(FCM).\ Results\ The results suggest the percentage of G 1,S,G 2/M phase cell is 70.1%~85.6%,12.2%~25.3% and 1.6%~4.6%,respectively.\ Furthermore,with the advantage of passage,G 2/M phase cell gets higher percentage.\ Conclusion\ The results of cell cycle distribution suggest that the SME1 cell is much more proximal to normal cell.
