摘要
动物机体内存在着强大的黏膜免疫系统，约占机体淋巴组织的50％以上，每时每刻黏膜都要接触大量抗原，担负着重要的免疫功能。越来越多的证据表明肠道菌群对肠道的黏膜免疫功能具有重要的影响。本文就肠道菌群对肠黏膜免疫功能的影响作全面的综述。
