摘要
园区经济发展有利于促进产业聚集,提高资源综合利用率,对两型社会建设有很好的促进作用。国内外的代表性园区都有自己的产业发展模式,都有许多值得借鉴的成功经验或者教训。湘潭工业园区经过多年建设取得了很大发展,但园区定位模糊、缺乏整体规划、产业布局不合理、关联性差、聚集效应不足等问题日益突出。在借鉴国内外园区发展经验的基础上提出了促进湘潭园区产业发展的对策建议。
The development of park economy helps to promote the industry agglomeration,improve the comprehensive utilization rates of resources, and promote the construction of two-oriented society. The representative parks both at home and abroad have their own models of industrial development and also have a successful experience or lessons that are worthy to draw. After years of construction,Xiangtan Industrial Park has achieved great development, but there are still such problems as a vague position of the park, lack of overall planning, unreasonable industrial layout, bad relevance, bad gathering effect. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the basis of drawing on development experience of parks both at home and abroad which may promote the development of industrial parks in Xiangtan.
