摘要
从４个观察点筛选出ＡＬＴ正常、抗ＨＡＶ阴性、无禁忌症的４～１８岁易感者５０８名，进行了５个不同批号的甲型肝炎减毒活疫苗（Ｈ２株）人体接种观察。接种疫苗后３天内每日观察接种反应，所有接种者无局部及全身反应。１个月随访期间未见与肝炎有关的副反应。免后８～１２周抗体阳转率为８８．７％～９１．５％，ＧＭＴ为２．７３～４．８８％。３～５周ＨＡＶＩｇＭ阳转率为３．６％～１８．１％。收集了３２名志愿者的大便２０５份，用ＫＭＢ１７细胞分离，阳性９８份，分离率４７．８％。３２人中有３０人排毒，排毒率９３．８％。
ive hundred and eight serumnegative volunteers with ALT normal,4～18years old have been selected from four trial fields and inoculated with five different lots of live attenuated hepatitis A vaccine.Within 3 days,no local and systematic abnormality as well as within 1 month no side effect related to hepatitis was observed.The rates of seroconversion reached 887%～915% 8～12 weeks postinoculation and GMTs were 273～488.The seroconversion rates of HAV IgM for 3～5 weeks were 36%～181%.The human diploid cells KMB 17 was used to isolate HAV in feces.With 205 samples collected from 32 volunteers,98 30 showed positive the rates of isolation and fecal virusshedding reached 478%and 938%repectively.
