摘要
目的：对比研究单房细菌性肝脓肿两种引流方法的临床疗效。方法：１００例单房细菌性肝脓肿患者，经腹手术置管引流６０例，经皮肝穿刺置管引流４０例。结果：经腹手术置管引流与经皮肝穿刺置管引流相比，组织损伤大，并发症多，病死率高。结论：经皮肝穿刺置管引流优于经腹手术置管引流。
Objective:In order to study therapeutic effects of two surgical drainage methods on single bacterial liver abscess.Methods:One hundred cases of single bacterial liver abscess were divided into two groups.60 cases were treated with transabdominal operative catheter drainage and the other 40 cases were treated with percutaneous catheter drainage.Results:Severe tissue damages,more complications and higher mortality rate occurred in the method of the transabdominal operative catheter drainage as compared with the percutaneous catheter drainage.Conclusion:The latter drainage method is superior to the former.
