摘要
选用6只装有永久瘤胃瘘管的‘澎波’西藏半细毛羊,用尼龙袋法评定了7种西藏天然牧草的瘤胃降解特性。结果表明,7种牧草干物质在k=0.02时有效降解率排序为:矮兔耳草(61.22%)>藏北苔草(52.43%)>小嵩草(48%)>早熟禾(43.83%)>丝颖针茅(38.81%)>大嵩草(36.64%)>厥麻委陵菜(36.57%);中性洗涤纤维有效降解率排序为:矮兔耳草(50.34%)>藏北苔草(48.66%)>早熟禾(47.23%)>小嵩草(46.92%)>丝颖针茅(41.45%)>大嵩草(37.75%)>厥麻委陵菜(37.39%);蛋白质的有效降解率排序为:藏北苔草(45.39%)>小嵩草(43.04%)>矮兔耳草(42.37%)>早熟禾(41.47%)>丝颖针茅(39.27%)>大嵩草(35.48%)>厥麻委陵菜(30.69%)。
Six rumen-cannulated 'Pengbo' semi-wool rams were used to evaluate the rumen degradation characteristics of seven forages in Tibet. The result showed that the sepuences of the effective degradation rate of dry matter (DM) was: Lagotis humilis (61. 22%))Northern Tibet carex (52.43 %) )Kobresia hurnilis (48 % ) ) Bluegrass (43.83 %) 〉 Stipa capillacea Keng (38.81% ) 〉 Ko- bresia littledalei C. B. Clarke(36.64%))Potentilla anserina L(36.57%). The sequence of the rate of effective neutral detergent fiber (NDF) degradation was Lagotis humilis (50.34%))Northern Tibet carex (48. 66 % ) 〉 Bluegrass ( 47. 23 %) 〉 Kobresia humilis (46. 92%) 〉Stipa capillacea Keng (41.45%)〉Kobresia littledalei C. B. Clarke(37.75%)〉Potentilla anserina L(37.39%). The sequence of the rate of effective crude protein degradaton was Northern Tibet carex (45.39%)〉Kobre-sia hurnilis(43. 04%) 〉Lagotis humilis (42. 37%)〉Bluegrass (41. 47%) 〉Stipa capillacea Keng (39.27%)〉Kobresia littledalei C. B. Clarke (35.48%)〉Potentilla anserina L(30.69%).
