摘要
为解决祖克S232型浆纱机织轴卷绕故障率高、烘燥温度不稳定、压浆力调节装置失控、经轴退绕张力不稳定的问题,进行了技术改造。通过采用多单元技术对织轴卷绕装置进行了两单元改造,对温控系统、压浆力调节装置以及经轴退绕装置采用了可编程PLC控制技术,改造后提高了祖克S232型浆纱机的自动化程度,降低了设备故障率,提高了浆纱质量。
Some technical reformations as some improvements on weaving beam winding, temperature auto - control, squeezing force auto - control and warp beam unwinding are made by use of programmable PLC control technic to raise its automation level of S232 SUCKER sizing machine and reduce equipment out of action rate and sizing cost.
