摘要
分析了工程机械用柴油机涡轮增压器常见故障及产生的原因,提出了在增压器的安装与使用维护、柴油机的操作和设备人员管理方面应采取的对策,以期降低增压器的故障率,保证发动机有良好的动力和经济效益。
The common faults and reasons of diesel engine turbocharger applied in construction machinery are analyzed. Strategies are put forward in aspects of the installation, use and maintenance of turbocharger, opera- tion of diesel engine as well as the management of equipment and related staff, which is anticipated to lower the failure rate of turbocharger and guarantee the power and economic benefit of engine.
