摘要
目的探讨血浆溶血磷脂酸(LPA)在卵巢恶性肿瘤术后的随访价值。方法对28例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者测定手术前后血浆LPA和CA125水平。结果卵巢恶性肿瘤组手术前后血浆LPA分别为(5.25±1.57)μmol/L、(3.10±1.30)μmol/L,而CA125手术前后分别为(336.00±259.53)IU/L,(110.21±56.02)IU/L,术后均低于术前。结论卵巢恶性肿瘤患者术后血浆LPA明显降低,有望成为新的卵巢恶性肿瘤的术后监测随访指标。
Objective To study follow-up visit value of plasma lysophosphatidie acid(LPA)in patients with ma-lignant ovarian tumor.Methods 28 patients with malignan ovarian tumor were subjected to detect the plasma LPA levels and CA125 of Preoperative and postoperative.Results The preoperative levels of plasma LPA(5.25±1.57)μmol/L were increased significantly than those of postoperative cases(3.105±1.30)μmol/L,P〈0.01.Conclusions The levels of postoperative plasma LPA in patient with malignant ovarian tumor were lower significantly.LPA may be a new biomarker for postop monitor of patients with malignant ovarian tumor.
