摘要
目的探讨急诊超选择子宫动脉栓塞术(Uterial Artery Embolization,UAE)治疗产后大出血的临床价值。方法对19例产后大出血患者采用Seldinger’s技术,DSA显示出血来源,急诊选择性血管造影确诊后,用明胶海绵栓塞出血的子宫动脉。结果所有病例均一次栓塞成功,没有发现严重的血管栓塞治疗并发症。结论超选择子宫动脉栓塞术是治疗产后大出血的一种有效、迅速、安全的方法。
Objective To investigate the clinic effect of uterial artery embolization （UAE） in massive postpartum hemorrhage. Methods There were 19 patients with massive postpartum hemorrhage involved in the present study, including 9 cases with caesarean birth, 6 cases with vaginal spontaneous labor and 4 cases with induced abortion. DSA angiography showed the original of the hemorrhage with Seldinger＇s technique. The patients were treated with arteries embolization with gelfoam （GF）. Results All the patients were successfully treated. There was not any obvious complication. Conclusion It is effective and safe to treat massive postpartum hemorrhage with UAE.
