摘要
当前中国大力推行战略性并购是适应全球产业竞争的客观需要。在经济全球化的格局下,产业整合和发展成为全球并购的主题,通过产业整合产生协同效应,实现资源的最优配置。文中把并购理论应用于广汽集团并购重组长丰汽车的研究,分析了该案例得以成功运作的背景及策略。
China promoting the strategic acquisition adapt to the objective needs of economic integration. In the global pattern, the industry consolidation and development has become the subject of global mergers and acquisitions,through the industry consolidation to create the synergies and to achieve the optimal allocation of resources. In this paper,mergence and acquisition theory is applied Guandong motot group to Changfeng Motor Group,analyze operation of the background and strategy of the case to the successful.
