摘要
叙述了BiPbGeSrCaCuO超导样品的超导电性与其它物性间的关系。实验表明烧结与电击穿顺序不一样,其样品的击穿电压也将不同;多次烧结的超导样品可以降低样品的击穿电压,并增加它们的光吸收率。而从样品的交流伏安曲线又可以看出,超导体中的颗粒之间的接触有类似半导体的性质。
The relation between the superconductivity and other physical properties of BiPbGeSrCaCuO superconducting samples are reported.The results show that the puncture voltage decrease,when the specimens are sintered more times,and the photo absorbtion will increase.Some of the properties are similar to that of semi conductors.The results also show that the sequence of electrically puncturing and sintering of sample does have influence on puncture voltage.
