摘要
以溴化四丁基铵为相转移催化剂,用30%的氯化镍溶剂与1,2二溴乙烷反应,制备溴化镍,反应温度为90~95℃,出口温度控制在72~84℃,可将反应时间缩短到20h,氯化镍的转化率可提高至92%~95%。还对影响反应转化率的一些因素及反应机理进行了探讨。
Nickel bromide can be prepared by the reaction between 30% nickel chloride solution and 1,2-dibromoethane under 90~95℃ for 20 hours in existance of tetrabutylamine bromide as a phasetransfer catalyst. Some factors which influence the reaction conversion and the reaction mechanism have also been investigated.
