摘要
文中运用有关混炼理论，介绍了判断单螺杆挤出机的混炼质量的五项指标，对常用的四种类型混炼元件的性能进行了分析。结合工程实际列举了两类混炼元件的计算实例。
Based on mixing theory, this paper introduces five indexes of determining the quality on mixing in single screw extruder, analysed the performance of four kinds of conventional mixing elements and given calculating examples of two kinds of mixing elements according to engineering practice.
