摘要
改革开放以来贵州省农村医疗卫生事业有了很大改进,但与经济快速发展相比,卫生事业特别是农村卫生事业的发展更加落后。贵州农村卫生问题比较突出,农民因病致贫、因病返贫已经成为农村贫困的主要原因之一。贵州农村医疗卫生事业落后,不能完全满足农民群众的基本医疗需求,也已成为当前我国经济社会发展的突出问题。本文分析了贵州农村卫生事业发展现状和存在的问题,在此基础上提出相应对策建议。
Since the reform of opening up to the outside world, the health service in rural areas of Guizhou province has been tremendously improved, however, compared with the fast development of economy, the development of health service ,especially the health service in rural areas is becoming increasingly backward. Problems of the health service in rural areas of Guizhou province are relatively outstanding; diseases to drive peasants into poverty and again back to poverty have been one of the main causes to make the rural＇areas into the state of necessity. The lagging behind of the medical care and health service in rural areas of Guizhou province cannot entirely satisfy the need of the masses＇ basic medical care which has been a prominent problem of our country＇s socio-economic development. This paper has proposed some according countermeasures and suggestions based on the analysis of the development status quo of the health service in rural areas and of the problems in existence.
