心力衰竭合并心房颤动的CRT研究进展
摘要
心力衰竭（心衰）及心房颤动（房颤）是两种常见的严重心血管疾病，其中心衰患者新发房颤率为2％～5％，病情严重者发病率更高。目前，心衰合并房颤的最佳治疗方法仍未确定，但越来越多的证据表明心脏再同步化治疗（CRT）对心衰合并房颤的治疗具有确切的疗效。本文现就目前CRT的研究进展作一综述。
