摘要
从质量上评价学术期刊,必须首先厘认清基本概念。学术期刊质量评价与核心期刊评价在概念的内涵和外延、评价的方式方法和评价语词等方面有区别,但都能在一定程度上反映期刊的质量,尽管核心期刊不是直接、全面反映期刊质量。把握和处理好两者评价的异同的"度",对期刊评价和管理至关重要。从质量整体上评价期刊的学术水平,应更加注重学术期刊评价的目的性,注重分类分层评价,更加注重指标对期刊质量的导引作用,注重同行专家定性评价。
It is needed to clearly recognize basic conceptions in order to qualitatively evaluate academic journal. The differences between qualitative evaluating academic journal and evaluating core journal include the meaning and extension of the conception, evaluative methods and evaluative words, while the sameness is that both can reflect journal quality more or less. It is very important to manage the ＇ degree＇ of the differences and sameness. The valuator should pay more attention to the evaluative purpose, classified evaluating, guiding function for qualitative evaluating academic journal and peer review.
