摘要
试验采用裂区设计,主处理有0、2.2、3.8、5.4g/株4个水平,副处理有间隔45、55、65d3个水平。试验结果表明,施氮量和刈割间隔时间对玉草1号产量、品质均有显著影响,但施氮量和刈割间隔时间的互作效应对产量、品质的影响不显著。不施氮处理的总鲜、干草产量均显著低于施氮量为2.2g/株的处理,而施氮量为2.2g/株的处理又均显著低于施氮量为3.8和5.4g/株的处理,后两者的总鲜、干草产量差异不显著。不施氮处理的粗蛋白(CP)含量、CP产量和相对饲用价值(RFV)均为最低,显著低于施氮量2.2g/株的处理,施氮量为2.2、3.8、5.4g/株处理间各品质指标的差异均不显著。刈割间隔时间为65d的处理总鲜草产量、总干草产量、NDF含量和CP产量均为最高,显著高于刈割间隔时间为55和45d的处理,但是其CP含量和RFV却要显著低于刈割间隔时间为45d的处理。研究表明,施氮量为3.8g/株,刈割间隔时间为45d刈割的植株适宜于青饲利用,刈割间隔时间为65d的植株适宜于青贮利用。
Yucao 1 was a new type of perennial forage grass brad by maize-perennial teosinte substitution line (2n =20) and Z. perennis (2n =40). It could be harvested for silage or green feed several times in one growth period, and had high nutritive value, regenerative ability, and environmental adaptation. To understand the effect of nitrogen concentration and harvest interval on Yucan 1, its fresh and dry yield, forage quality under a field experiment which designed by plot design were investigated. The results indicated that, forage yield, quality of Yucan I had been significantly affected by nitrogen concentration and harvest intervals, but the affect of their interaction on forage yield and quality was not significant. The total fresh and dry yield of Yucao 1 was lowest for non-nitrogen treatment. It was lower than the treatment of which nitrogen concentration was 2.2 g/plant, and the treatment of which nitrogen concentration was 2.2 g/plant was lower than the treatment of which nitrogen concentration was 3.8 and 5.4 g/plant. Each forage quality index was no significant difference among treatment of which nitrogen concentration was 2.2, 3.8 and 5.4 g/plant, but they were all better than non-nitrogen treatment. There was no sign/ficant difference between the latter two treatments on above index. The treatment of which harvest interval was 65 d was highest on the total fresh yield,dry yield,NDF content and CP yield, and was significantly higher than the treatment which the harvest interval was 55 and 45 d on above index, but the CP content and RFV was significantly lower than the treatment of which harvest interval was 45 d. The study indicated that the treatment of which nitrogen concentration was 3.8 g/plant and the treatment which harvest interval was 45 d was fit for fresh feeding, and the harvest interval was 65 d was fit for silage.
