摘要
从草药羊红膻Pimpinellathellungiana根中分得2个化合物，经光谱分析（IR，MS，1HNMR，13CNMR，DEPT，1H-1HCOSY，1H-13CCOSY），鉴定为：erythreo-5-n-pentyl-4-hydroxytetrahydrofuran-2-one（Ⅰ）和threo-5-n-pentyl-4-hydroxytetrahydrofuran-2-one（Ⅱ），分别命名为羊红膻素C及羊红膻素D，为2个新的天然产物。
Two new compounds named thellungianin C and D were isolated from the root of Pimpinella thellungiana Wolff.On the basis of spectral analysis (UV,IR,MS,1H NMR,1H-1H COSY, 13C NMR,1H13C COSY, DEPT),they were identified as erythreo-5-n-pentyl-4-hydroxy tetrahydrofuran-2-one (Ⅰ) and threo-5-n-pentyl-4-hydroxy tetrahydrofuran-2-one (Ⅱ).
