摘要
深入分析了重庆市城市土地扩张的空间格局，探讨了影响其变化驱动因子，以能够更好地对城市进行科学规划控制，促进城市经济协调发展。简单介绍了重庆市的自然、经济和人口概况，重点阐述了1995—2006年重庆市城市土地扩张的空间格局，数据显示，1995～2006年重庆市非农业用地面积在增加，农业用地面积减少；另外，重庆城市土地利用的空间格局在由集中式的格局向分散式格局发展。还分析了影响重庆城市土地扩张主要的4个驱动因子，即经济发展、人口增长、产业结构和国家政策。其中，经济发展和人口增长是促进重庆城市土地扩张的主要因素，而产业结构及国家政策对重庆城市土地扩张同样有重要的影响。
The study deeply analyzes the space structure of urban land expansion in Chongqing and explores the driving factor that causes the change in order to make a better scientific plan and control to the city. Meanwhile, it will promote coordinated development of urban economy. This paper introduces the overall situation of nature, economy and population in Chongqing and mainly clarifies the space structure of urban land expansion during 1995 -2006. Data shows that the non-agricultural land area had been increasing while the agricultural land area had been decreased during1995 -2006. Besides, the space structure of urban land use was changing from centralized pattern to distributed struc- ture. Four driving factors （economic development, population growth, industrial structure and the national policy） which influenced the urban land expansion in Chongqing was analyzed. Economic development and population growth are main factors of the urban land expansion in Chongqing while the other two are also the important facrors.
