根据节理在岩体中的随机分布规律，基于概率统计理论，建立了节理迹长对应于任意分布规律的迹长估计公式计算公式不仅与迹线在统计窗中的分布函数无关，而且考虑了迹线倾角的随机性，因此。
According to the randam distribution of joints in rock mass, based on the statistical theore, the formula to calculate the trace length of randam joints is given. With this formula the distribution function of trace is omitted. and the randam property of trace angle is considered. The result is more suitable to engineering practice.
