摘要
目的评价护理干预对高血压患者转归的影响。方法将80例高血压(包括正常高值)患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予常规的健康教育。观察组除常规健康教育外,还定期督导,检查其生活方式,血压的波动及用药情况。结果护理干预后2组的比较,观察组的转归率明显高于对照组。结论对高危人群及高血压患者进行护理干预,提高高血压的知晓率,能够很好的控制血压和减少高血压的发生。
Objective Goal appraisal nursing intervenes the influence which turns over to the patients with elevated blood pressure extension.Methods （including normal high value） the patient divides into stochastically 80 example hypertensions the control group and observation group each 40 examples. The control group gives conventional the health education. Observation group besides conventional health education, but also directs regularly, inspects its life style, the blood pressure fluctuation and the medication situation. Results nursing intervenes the latter two groups of comparisons, observation group＇s extension turning over to rate is higher than the control group obviously.Conclusion carries on the nursing intervention to the high^risk group and the patients with elevated blood pressure,enhances hypertension to know rate, can the very good control blood pressure and the reduced hypertension＇s occurrence.
