摘要
对高压聚乙烯装置中已服役17年的4340钢超高压管外表面裂纹作宏观及微观分析后确认是属于水介质中由于内压周期性波动及温差应力的叠加造成的腐蚀疲劳开裂。测验结果表明,冷弯加工造成的高残余拉应力是促进裂纹早期萌生的重要原因之一,而外表面喷丸强化可有效的消除残余拉应力,从而提高超高压管服役寿命。
In this paper writers point out that Corrosion of water and cyclic fluctuation of internalpressure cause the propagation of fatigue cracks. That high residual tensile stress induced bycold bending is the main reason of the initiation of crack in early stage introduced- Blastingstrengthening of the outside surface is the effective measurments to improve service life ofsuper-high pressure pipe.
