摘要
介绍了KHS-15000/75整流电源的基本情况。该电源为稳流型直流电源,输出为直流15kA/75V。主电路由双反星整流电路组成,采用全数字双CPU控制。主控制系统采用16位的80C196KC单片机,数字触发器由8位的89C51单片机组成,2片单片机采用并行接口通信。控制系统的监控软件运用了模块化编程,给出了系统主控软件、系统初始化与运行前自诊断、调压稳流运行方式等流程图。对设计的难点和关键技术问题:数字触发控制系统、系统自诊断、故障识别与保护等提出了相应的解决方案。
The KHS-15000/75 rectifier power supply is introduced,which is of steady-current type with 15 kA /75 V DC output. The main circuit consists of dual rectifiers controlled by two CPUs. The control system adopts 16- bit singlechip 80C196KC and the digital trigger adopts 8- bit singlechip 89C51. The communication between them is via a parallel interface. The modularized design is applied for its monitoring software and the flowcharts of master control ,initialization, self-diagnosis and automatic voltage regulation are presented. Solutions are proposed to the key technical points ：digitalr trigger,self- diagnosis,fauh identification and protection.
