摘要
对两种焊接匹配的Q235A结构钢焊接接头的疲劳裂纹扩展性能进行了实验研究。结果表明,在循环应力比R=0.2的实验条件下,高强度焊缝金属的抗疲劳裂纹扩展能力较好;仍可用Paris公式来描述焊缝金属的亚临界疲劳裂纹扩展过程。分析了显微组织对疲劳裂纹扩展性能的影响。
The propagation of fatigue crack in welds of two kinds of joints was studided experimentally for a structural steel (Q235A)with constant load of R=0.2 applied to.lt was found that the fatigue crack propagation resistance of weld metals with high yield strength is higher than that of base metals.Above the threshold region,a da/dn v. ΔΚ relationship of weld metal can be epressed simpled by Paris law.And also the effect of microstructure on the crack propagation rate was analized.
