摘要
滚道索线带凸度的滚子轴承比在同样工况条件下工作的不带凸度的轴承寿命提高一倍以上.文中叙述了国内外关于滚子轴承外圈滚道凸度磨削的多种方案，在分析了优缺点后.提出了柔性插扑系统，并应用在3M237CNC外滚道磨床上，该方法同样适用于磨削内圈滚道。
Under same working conditions, the roller bearing life of outer ring raceway generatrix with crown is one more time longer than that of outer ring raceway generatrix without crown, so that it is the today's tendency to provide roller bearings of outer ring raceway generatrix with crown. In this paper, various plans concerning outer ring raceway generatrix with crown machining of roller bearing at home and abroad are narrated.After analyzing advantages and disadvantages, the flexible insenion system is proposed and applied to 3M237CNC grinding machine for grinding outer ring raceway. This method is similarly suitable for inner ring raceway.
