摘要
本文试图用系统优化的方法研究光电总体技术。首先阐明光电总体性能评价指标， 然后重点论述了光电总体性能与环境、与部分、与经济之间的系统优化问题。
In this paper, we propose to use system optimum idea to study the overall photoelectric technology.We state the evaluation guideline of photoelectric system firstly. Then, we mainly discuss the optimum problems of the overall performance with environment, parts,and economy.
