摘要
目的通过分析我院开展心内电生理检查及导管射频消融治疗的50例(52人次)资料,探讨心内电生理检查及导管射频消融在我院开展的可行性。方法分析52人次介入操作时间、X线曝光时间、心内电生理及导管射频消融成功率、术后复发率和严重并发症发生率等资料。结果52人次介入操作总体时间62.80±8.03分钟,X线曝光时间27.05±4.94分钟,心内电生理检查成功率达100%,48例房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT)和房室折返性心动过速(AVRT)患者导管消融,总消融效率为96.0%(48/50)。无严重并发症发生。结论我院开展心内电生理检查及导管射频消融技术的效率指标与我国2000年左右的报告基本一致,说明我院能高标准成功开展此项技术。
Objective To assess the feasibility of carrying out invasive cardiac electrophysiological examination and radiofrequency abla- tion in our hospital by the analysis on 50 cases with invasive cardiac electrophysiological examination and radiofrequency ablation. Methods The data from 52 interventions of invasive cardiac electrophysiological examination and radiofrequeney ablation in 50 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results The mean operating time was 62.80 ± 8.03 min and the mean X-ray exposure time was 27.05 ± 4.94 min. All of the invasive cardiac electrophysiological examinations were successfully performed. Of the 50 patients, 48 (26 with AVNRT and 22 with AVRT) received radiofrequeney ablation, the total ablation efficient rate was 96% (48/50). Serious postoperative complications did not occur. Conclusion The parameters reflecting the efficiency of implementing invasive cardiac electrophysiological examination and radiofrequency ablation were similar to reports around 2000 in China, which indicated the techniques could be successfully carried out with high standards in our hospital.
