摘要
额眶区是脑颅和面颅结合部位,骨结构复杂,骨板脆而薄,极易损伤,同时该部位邻近重要器官、组织多,临床上易发生漏诊而延误治疗。早期准确的伤情评估,多学科联合救治,合理地进行手术是额眶区损伤患者从结构和功能上获得满意疗效的保证。
Fronto-orbital area is a combining site of cerebral cranium and facial cranium, which has characteristics of complicated bone structure, brittle and thin bone plates,easily damaged bone plates. The site is adjacent to important organs with many tissues. Itg common to delay treatment due to missing diagnosis. So early accurate evaluation ,remedy by multiple-subject medical staffs,reasonable operation are important to ensure the satisfactory remedy for fronto-orbital injury in the aspect of configuration and functions.
