摘要
本文论述了一种基于计算机视觉测量的刀具预调及刀形检测系统,分析了系统结构和测量原理,以及视觉系统硬件软件的结构及实现方法,并给出了相关的测量实验数据。系统的研制实现了高效、客观、自动化的刀具检测,为高精度加工提供了保障。
A design of computer vision based measuring system for 2-D tool setting andtool form measurement is described in this paper. We analyze the system construction andprinciple of detection, and pay more attention to the vision system. At last, some detecting results and accurate analysis are given. This system is capable of carrying out high efficient, highaccurate and automatic machine tool detecting, and making it possible to serve high accuratemanufacture.
