摘要
治理燃煤热油炉污染,烟尘和二氧化硫实现达标排放,将原来烟尘林格曼黑度由5.0级减小到1.0级,达到市、区环保部门的要求,实现节能减排的目标。
The questiones caused by the coal combustion of thermal oil heater that was applied in Jilin Songjiang Carbon Co., Ltd. were analyszed, including that dust collection efficiency was low, desulphurization efficiency was nearly close to zero, the range of Ringelmann blackness was 5.0 and so on. The measures for improvement were put forth, which reduced the range of Ringelmann blackness from 5.0 to 1.0, reached the requirement of discharge and realized the targets for saving energy and reducing emissions.
