中间相沥青的热分解行为对其发泡的影响

摘要 在常压下利用中间相沥青热解产生气体自发泡得到中间相沥青泡沫,并在空气中将其固化、炭化制备成中间相沥青泡沫炭。讨论了中间相沥青的热重曲线与发泡温度、固化温度的关系,并考察了搅拌速率对发泡的影响。结果表明:以100%中间相含量的中间相沥青为发泡原料,在搅拌速率为100r/min的条件下,选择在350~420℃区间发泡,在550℃固化1h,可得到稳定的泡沫均匀的50~100μm的沥青泡沫,然后在1100℃炭化2h后,可制得泡沫尺寸为100~200μm的中间相沥青泡沫炭。 The mesophase pitch foam was produced by the pyrolysis of mesophase pitch at atmosphere, solidification and carbonization processes. The relationships between TG curve and foaming property of the mesophase pitch, and the temperature of solidification were discussed. The effect of the stirring on the foam formation was also studied. The results showed that the stable and uniform mesophase pitch foam with the size of 50 - 100 μm can be obtained under the following conditions: with the rotation speed of 100 r/min, the foaming temperature from 420 to 350 ℃, and solidified at 550℃ for 1 hour, then the mesophase pitch carbon foam with the size of 100- 200 μm can be produced at the temperature of 1 100 ℃ for 2 hours.
