导乐陪伴分娩450例临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨导乐分娩对分娩方式和分娩结局的影响。方法对450例观察组导乐陪伴分娩产妇和500例对照组非导乐陪伴分娩产妇的剖宫产率、经阴分娩率、产后出血率和胎儿窘迫率进行比较。结果导乐陪伴分娩的剖宫产率显著低于非导乐陪伴分娩组(P<0.01),经阴分娩率显著提高(P<0.01)。产后出血率和胎儿窘迫的发生率显著降低(P<0.01)。结论导乐陪伴分娩有利于产科质量的提高,值得推广。
