板坯结构及单板处理对多层杨木复合地板变形的影响 被引量:6

摘要 研究了板坯结构及单板处理对多层杨木复合地板变形的影响。结果表明,运用复合材料力学理论对多层杨木复合地板结构进行设计,可以尽可能消除不对称结构地板的拉伸与弯曲之间的耦合效应,从而减小因面内应力引起的板材翘曲变形。通过对单板进行柔化和喷蒸整平处理,能减小单板干燥过程中形成的内应力,提高单板平整度,有利于改善地板的翘曲变形。 The effect of mat structure and veneer treatment on warping deformation of poplar parquet was investigated in this paper. The results showed that the mat structure of parquet could be designed accordding to the theory of composite mechanics, so that its coupling effect between tension and bending due to unsymmetrical mat structure could be removed as much as possible, thus the warping deformation of pqrquet resulting from in-plane stress would be reduced. In addtion, the in-plane stress of veneers during drying were released after veneers being treated with incisor bar and steam injection, which was benefit to improve the warping deformation of pqrquet.
