摘要
在搜集了国内外大量有关文献的基础上，对用模糊理论、人工神经网络方法开发变压器的故障诊断专家系统的原理、现状作了总结，提出了改进方向。
It is Very needed to develop transformer fault diagnose expert system.On the research of relative papers domestic and abroad,the theory and Status in quo were summarized and reviewed about developing transformer fault system with fuzzy theory and ANN method.Shortcoming was presented,also with improvement direction in the future.
