摘要
分析了秸秆揉搓机存在的问题,并给出了合理的改进方案。在此基础上,设计了RC高强秸秆揉搓机。该设备能够显著提高转轴、叶轮和转子各部分的强度和刚度,成倍延长揉搓机的使用寿命。
The existing problem of straw rubber was analyzed, and a improved design proposal has been proposed. On these basis, the RC high strength straw robber was designed. The strength and stiffness of the shaft,impeller and rotor were significantly strengthened, and the uselife was doubly prolonged.
