摘要
中国矿难频频发生,政府政策不断出台,许多学者也在不断研究。综合看来,学者的研究主要是从煤矿企业、煤矿职工、政府三个利益相关者出发,研究了煤矿企业在煤矿安全管理中的失责;煤矿职工在煤矿安全管理中的失效;政府在煤矿安全管理中的失败。
More and more government policies are introduced with more frequent mining disater in China, and many scholars study on the mining disaster. Overall, the study is mainly on the relationship between coal coMPanies, coal mine workers and the govemment .The conclusion is that the failure of coal coMPanies, coal mine workers and the government is the reason of mining disaster.
