摘要
该文以屯兰煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故为切入点,指出了我国现阶段煤矿安全生产中存在的问题,主要有煤矿安全监管责任不到位,煤矿安全主体责任落实不到位,煤矿技术管理和现场管理不到位。
Tunlan coal mine belongs to the state - owned key oversize coal mine, whose gas grade is high, but its mortality rate per million ton was zero from 2004. A .especially serious gas explosion accident occured in the state - owned key oversize coal mine, and caused severe casualtiy and loss, which exposed grate gap and problems again in coal mine safety work at present. This paper mainly analyzed the accident cause and prohtems reflected, then gave some countermeasures and suggestions . Hoping it has some reference value to our safety work of coal mine.
