摘要
目的:筛选扶正抗癜汤治疗慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的最佳剂量配比。方法:用均匀设计的实验方法分组,检测慢性ITP主要指标外周血小板计数,通过均匀设计分析软件UST 3.0得出回归方程。结果:分析方程,得出扶正抗癜汤最佳剂量理论值,并进行优化。结论:扶正抗癜汤最佳剂量为:黄芪48g,大黄15g,桃仁10g,仙鹤草24g。
Objective：To explore the optimal doses of Fuzheng - Kangdian decoction in treating chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ ITP ） . Methods ： With homogeneous design in experiment periphral PLT of mice was counted. And regression equation was calculated by the homogeneous design software UST3.0. Results ： The optimal doses of Fuzheng - Kangdian decoction were screened out theoretically by analysing the equation. Then the results were optimized. Conclusion： The optimal doses of Fuzheng - Kangdian decoction： Astragalus mongholicus 48g, Rhubarb 15g, Peach seed 10g, Hairyvein Agrimonia Herd 24g.
