摘要
通过建立的一套直接注入式前混合磨料水射流系统,确定出高压磨料水射流切割20mm厚大理石板材的各种参数值,并对各参数进行了分析。该系统能够与国产50MPa普通高压泵配套使用,在无震、无爆、无尘巷道掘进中有广阔前景。
By means of a directly injetting type front-mixturing high Pressure abrasive water jet system the various parameters relating to cutting 20mm thick marble plate are obtained and discussed. The system can be fitted with a 50MPa high pressure pump that is generally home made for sale and will reacha brilliant future in respects of non-vibrating, nonexplosive and non-dusty tunnel excavation.
