摘要
对含Nb钢存在的表面纵裂纹和横裂纹缺陷产生的原因进行了分析,并结合连铸坯生产工艺和设备的实际情况,对有利于消除表面裂纹的防止措施进行了探讨。
During the continuous casting process of the Nb containing steel the cracks were easily occurred in slabs. The paper describes the current situation of surface quality of continuous casting slab Nb containing steel for medium plate and analyses the causes of both longitudinal and transverse surface cracking existing on the slab. Combining with production process and the actual conditions of the continuous caster, practical discussion and proposals have been made for the preventative measures of eliminating surface cracking.
