摘要
对太钢第二炼钢厂80t RH生产冷轧硅钢脱碳原理及影响脱碳的主要因素进行了分析。经分析可知,真空度、到站钢水碳氧含量、脱碳时间以及合金含量都直接影响冷轧硅钢碳含量。采用快速提高真空度、降低到站钢水碳含量、使用高品位合金都有助于提高脱碳效果,降低冷轧硅钢碳含量。
This paper makes the analysis for 80 t RH cold rolling silicon steel production decarburization principle and decarburization influence factors in TISCO's No.2 Steelmaking Plant. Vacuum degree, carbon and oxygen content in arrival steel liquid, decarburization period and alloy content can directly influence the carbon content of cold rolling silicon steel. Using high speed increase vacuum degree, reducing the arrival steel liquid temperature and using high quality alloy can improve the decarburizafion effect and decrease the carbon content in cold rolling silicon steel,
