摘要
目的对肝硬变时去甲肾上腺素(NE)的肝清除力进行定性观察。方法采用改良Miller’s法建立硬变肝脏隔离灌流模型(IPCRL)行单程灌流,测定NE的首过肝摄取率及清除率。结果肝硬变时NE肝摄取率(32.42%±15.38%或1.78%±0.75%/g肝重)和清除率(5.99±3.35ml/min或0.32±0.21ml/min·g肝重)均明显低于正常肝脏灌流模型(IPRL)(P<0.05~0.001)。结论肝硬变时肝脏对NE的摄取清除能力明显降低。
Objective Qualitative analysis on hepatic extracting and clearing norepinephrine (NE) in cirrhosis. Methods Isolated perfused normal rat liver (IPNRL) and isolated perfused cirrhotic liver (IPCRL) were set up and single-pass perfusion was performed to determined the hepatic extraction and clearance of NE. Results In cirrhotic livers, extraction and clearance of NS was obviously decreased as compared with IPNRL (P<0.05 to 0.001). Conclusion The hepatic extraction and clearance of NE were obviously decreased in cirrhosis.
