摘要
目的探讨肢体负压对犬纤溶系统的影响。方法通过建立后肢动脉闭塞犬模型,检测肢体负压(LNP)前后外周血纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)及其抑制物(PAI-1)活性、静脉血氧分压(PO_2)和pH值的变化。结果 LNP治疗后实验组t-PA活性、PO_2、pH值较治疗前明显升高,PAI-1活性显著下降(P<0.01),与对照组比较也有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 LNP可提高局部纤溶活性,促进血栓溶解和再通,增加局部血液供应。
Objective To explore the effect of limb's negative pressure (LNP) on fibrinolytic system. Methods Before and after LNP treatment, the activity of tissue plasmingen activator (t-PA) and tissue plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1), oxygenic pressure (PO_2), pH values in peripheral venous blood were assayed in dog models with occluded artery in hind leg. Results The t-PA activity, PO_2, and pH values after LNP treatment were markedly increased as compared with control (P<0.01), and PAI-1 activity decreased significantly (P<0.01)。Conclusions LNP may enhance the local fibrinolytic potential and increase the blood supply by promoting thrombus dissolve or recanalization.
