生长抑素对猴急性坏死性胰腺炎的治疗作用 被引量:5

The role of Somatostatin in the treatment of experimental acute necrotizing pancreatitis of monkey.

摘要 目的观察生长抑素(SS)对猴实验性急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)的治疗作用。方法经胰管开口逆行注入胆汁与胰蛋白酶混合液,制成ANP模型。12只猴平均分为两组:对照组不给予SS治疗,治疗组模型制成后1小时开始持续以每小时10μg/kg输注SS。结果对照组死亡率100%,平均存活时间为30.8±8.8小时;治疗组死亡率为50%,平均生存时间53.3±23.5小时,P<0.001;治疗组与对照组相比,血淀粉酶、血脂肪酶和腹腔液淀粉酶均明显降低;治疗组病理解剖腹腔内病变较对照组轻,但光镜下胰腺病理改变无明显改善,均为灶性胰腺坏死。结论 SS对猴实验性ANP有明显的治疗作用。 Objective To observe the effect of Somatostatin (SS) in the treatment of acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP). Methods The mixture of the bile and trypsin was injected into the pancreatic duct to set up the ANP model of monkey. Twelve monkeys were equally divided into two groups: control and treatment. In the treatment group, SS was administered in a dosage of 10μg/kg·h^(-1). No SS was given in control group. Results The mortality in the treatment group was 50% and 100% in control group, the survival time in the treatment group was 53.3±23.5 h, and 30.8±4.3 h in control group with the difference being significant (P<0.001). The blood amylase, lipase and the peritoneal fluid amylase in the treatment group were significantly decreased as compared with in the control group. The pathological changes were no significantly different between treatment group and the control group. Conclusion SS might play a very important role in the treatment of ANP.
