摘要
阐述了绝缘材料用无溶剂树脂的合成方法,分析了超支化环氧树脂、超支化聚酰亚胺、超支化有机硅树脂和超支化不饱和树脂的合成方法、原理、结构及官能团与粘度的变化关系。结果表明,超支化聚合物的支化度、活拨氢含量、乙烯基含量或环氧基团含量、甲基含量、亚胺基含量均对其粘度有影响。
The preparation methods of solventless resins for insulating materials were planned according to general principles of molecular design.The synthetic mechanism and method of the resins,including hyper-branched epoxy resin,hyper-branched polyimide,hyper-branched polysilane and hyper-branched unsaturated polyester,were summarized and analyzed.Their variation relationship among structures,functional groups and viscosities was also discussed.The results show that the parameters of hyper-branched polymer,such as the branching degree,the content of active hydrogen,ethenyl group,epoxy group,methyl group and imino group,will all have effects on the viscosity of the polymers.
