摘要
目的：为了掌握宁夏回汉学生的生长发育状况及发展趋势，更好地指导学校体育卫生、民族工作。方法：采用整群抽样调查方法，对宁夏回汉族学生身体形态、机能等指标进行了检测。结果：形态机能各指标的变化符合青少年的生长发育规律，出现二次交叉现象（除骨盆外），青春发育期的突增高峰女生比男性早约两年。汉族学生城乡之间形态指标无明显差异，回族学生城乡之间形态指标在个别年龄组（７、８、１５～１９岁）有显著性差异，回、汉族学生之间差异无显著性。除骨盆宽外，其它指标均为男生大于女生。结论：与历年资料相比，我区学生身高、体重均有较大提高，但胸围呈负增长，有瘦长体型的发展趋势。
Objective: In order to manage the state of growth, development and its tendency amongst the students of Han and Hui nationality, and have a effective measure to conduct hygienic physical education for different nationalities in Ningxia schools. Methods: A health survey was carried out by cluster sampling in the schools. Results. Change of each morphologic and functional indicator was in accord with the rule of the adolescence growth and development, secondary cross phenomenon appeared (except pelvis) and the sudden growth peak in adolescence in female students was 2 years ahead of male students. There was no obvious difference in indicator of morphology among Han students living in urban or rural area, but in a few age groups (7,8,15 -19) of Hui students,there were obvious differences between students living in urban and rural area.There was no significant difference between students of Han and Hui nationality.In exception of pelvis,all other indicators of boys were higher than those of girls.Conclusion;Compared with previous data,both weight and height of students in Ningxia are increaseing greatly,but negative increase exists in chest circumference,there is a trend of leptosomatic in development.The sudden growth age is 1-2 years ahead,compared with the records of 1985
