摘要
跨国并购海外资产是获得海外资源的一条重要途径,跨国并购后对并购企业的整合问题是目前中国石油企业面临的一大难题。尤其是整合中的文化差异,造成中外方员工和经理人员之间的误解,给企业持续发展埋下了隐患。采取"统一愿景、超越文化、规划未来、抓大放小"的策略,可有效避免整合过程中文化冲突的产生。
Multinational merger and purchase aiming at overseas assets is an important approach to acquire o-verseas petroleum resources,the integration problem for merger & purchase enterprises after multinational merger & purchase is a very difficult problem facing China' s petroleum enterprises at present.Especially the cultural differ ence in integration caused misunderstanding among Chinese and foreign employees as well as managers,leaving a hidden danger threatening enterprises' sustainable development.Taking the strategy of integrating expectation,sur passing culture,planning future,seizing on the important things and putting down unimportant things can avoid the emergence of cultural conflict in integration process effectively.
