摘要
为预防真性颞颌关节强直术后复发及恢复颞颌关节功能。方法：采用异体喙突移植治疗真性颞颌关节强直7例，重建关节结构，形成关节点面状接触。结果：术后随访6个月～3年，开口度在2．5～3．0cm之间，咀嚼功能恢复，关节侧向运动及前伸运运好，无一例复发。结论：重建关节骨结构是预防真性颞颌关节强直术后复发的关键。
